About the Business
Penny Kavallares qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in London in 1985 after 4 years full time training during which as part of her course she studied anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, nutrition and biomechanics and did at least 1,000 hours of clinical training, including two seasons voluntary work with a local American football team working pitchside treating injuries and applying strapping. After a further 10 years in London, during which time she qualified as a level 3 kayak coach and a mountain walking leader, Penny returned to her much loved roots of Gloucestershire where she still works and lives with her husband and son.
