About the Business
I first discovered Osteopathy when I had a shoulder problem some years ago and Osteopathy helped me immensely. It not only increased my awareness about posture, it also created an interest in Human anatomy, which led me to pursue a career in Osteopathy.
I am an Oxford Brookes University graduate and have also been practising remedial massage for four years now. I have treated a wide range of people with both remedial massage and Osteopathy from rugby players and hockey players to polo players and runners. I am particularly interested in treating sports related problems and working to help improve overall biomechanics of the body, in order to improve performance and prevent injury. Osteopathy enables me to treat all age groups taking in to consideration lifestyle, diet, exercise as well as current and previous health, in order to provide the best treatment possible.
