About the Business
I graduated with a 1st class honours from the European School of Osteopathy in 2005 and opened my own practice later that year. It is a small, home-based practice offering a relaxed, comfortable environment for treatment. For the most part, I use the gentle, but powerful, cranial approach to osteopathy which is applied to the whole body. I also specialise in the treatment of emotional tension which can often be at the root of pain which is either recurrent or longstanding.
I use a variety of techniques tailored to each patient as every person is unique and requires an individual approach. I feel as though I was born to be an osteopath, hence the name of my practice. I regularly do yoga and meditation which gives further understanding of the power of the mind/body connection. I have three children and therefore have personal experience of the strains and stresses of pregnancy, childbirth and parenting.
